Elk Grove Village, Illinois, November 3, 2016 – Main Steel, LLC (“Main Steel” or the “Company”), a leading national processor and polisher of stainless steel, aluminum, and nickel alloys, announced several key internal promotions and the non-core divestiture of Metals Inc by its parent, Advanced Alloy Processing.
Chief Financial Officer Paul Patek has been promoted to President and General Manager of Main Steel, and Dave Yundt has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Commercial. Both Mr. Patek and Mr. Yundt will lead Main Steel’s rapid growth as a leading national processor and polisher of stainless steel, aluminum, and nickel alloys.

Additionally, Advanced Alloy Processing, parent of Main Steel, has sold Metals Inc to an affiliate of Triple-S Steel Supply Co. Headquartered in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Metals Inc is a specialty distributor of plate and sheet products to the energy, petrochemical, food service and general industrial segments.
