Customer Service Representatives
Looking for bright, outgoing individuals to fill immediate Customer Service openings in our Harmony, PA and Riverside, CA locations. Responsibilities will include
- Timely customer communication including, but not limited to quotes, expediting, customer inventory, order completion, shipping/receiving notifications and billing.
- Document contract review on the customer PO.
- Accurately enter sales order and material processing orders into AS400/Metalware.
- Schedule trucks for those customers who do not make their own shipping arrangements.
- Bill completed sales orders and/or confirm accuracy of invoices.
- Assists in reconciling the physical inventory discrepancies.
- Provide exceptional support to both external and internal customers.
Candidates should be willing to show initiative and possess outstanding customer/client focus. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Required Education and Experience
- High school diploma at a minimum
- 2+.years of experience in customer service or inside sales
- Microsoft Word and Outlook experience
- Advanced Excel and data entry skills
Preferred Education and Experience
- 2+ years of metal industry experience
- Proficiency in AS400/Metalware
